ICE fakes evidence
Attorneys for Daniel Ramirez Medina said ICE officials tampered with this document.

Attorneys for Daniel Ramirez Medina, a Seattle Dreamer detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said ICE officials tampered with a document to give the appearance that he admitted gang affiliation.  On February 18th his lawyers told a federal magistrate that part of the statement had been erased to create a false impression.  ICE agents took the 23 year old into custody when they raided his home and arrested his father.  The youth was taken to the US as a child.  He was authorized to live and work in the US under President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
